EchoLogic ("we", "our", "us") is a quote discovery app for Android. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Google Account ID: Collected via Firebase Authentication when you sign in with Google. Used to identify your account and sync your data.
  • User Preferences: Theme selection, favorite quotes, accent color, selected categories. Stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore under your user ID.
  • Interaction Data: App usage analytics collected via Firebase Analytics. This includes events like quote interactions, screen views, and session duration.
  • Device Identifiers: Collected by Google AdMob for ad personalization (free tier users only). Pro users have all ads removed.
  • Streak Data: Daily active day counts and last active dates stored locally and synced to Firestore.

  • To provide personalized quote discovery and favorites
  • To sync your preferences across devices
  • To display relevant advertisements (free tier)
  • To improve app performance and user experience
  • To track daily streaks and engagement

Data Storage & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
  • Cloud data is stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore (region: nam5)
  • Local data is stored on-device using Room database
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties

Your Rights

  • Pro upgrade removes all advertising and associated data collection

EchoLogic is rated 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
